Yes! Sizzle Food Truck and OneTen Coffee Truck will be on site. Both are generously donating 10% of profits back to Denver Share, so please come ready to support those supporting us!

Food, coffee and community will be available beginning at 8:30 am, this year with the special additions of live music and a guest speaker! Then, we will walk/run the 5K together. Food vendors will be available until noon.

There will be a halfway turn around marked on the trail this year!

Yes. The 5K route is along the High Line Canal. The path is a mixture of pavement and gravel, wide enough for strollers and/or wheelchairs.

No, because of our insurance policy for the event we need to ask that your pets stay at home.

Musician | Lyla Flanagan
As the lead singer, rhythm guitarist, and keyboardist of Trainwreck, Lyla Flanagan (14) is a dynamic multi-instrumentalist and singer-songwriter. In June 2025, Lyla earned 4th place in the adult vocal competition Celebrity Sidekick, and she has also performed the National Anthem at the annual Castle Rock Turkey ROCK Trot. In addition to her work with Trainwreck, she performs solo acoustic sets, continuing to captivate audiences with her charisma and musical versatility.
We are honored to have Lyla join us at the 5K, gifting us all with an acoustic guitar set to accompany breakfast and community time before we begin the walk/run.
Guest Speaker | Maria Bailey
Maria and her husband lost their baby, Severin, 11 years ago. Since then, this experience colors everything she does — her work as a leadership coach, her marriage, and her role as a bonus mom to Gavin and Margot. Grief became a creative process for Maria: paintings, then poetry, then a book. Come explore where listening to your own grief might take you, and how honoring those we've lost can become its own act of love.
